2006 NJNLA LANDSCAPE AWARDS PROGRAM

To submit an entry in the 2006 NJNLA Landscape Awards Program, you must complete and return this Intent to Enter form, along with the entry fee for each project, $125.00 for each submission; remember, NJNLA members may enter only one (1) project in each use category. Upon receipt of this Intent to Enter form and entry fee, an entry kit will be mailed. The entry kit must be completed and returned to the NJNLA office by October 16, 2006.

ENTRY KIT: The entry kit will contain an Entry Form, a form to describe important aspects of the project and forms to identify and describe each of the photographs you submit.

DEADLINE: While the deadline for receipt of the entry kit is October 16, 2006, you must submit this Intent to Enter form and required fees far enough advance of the October 16 deadline to take and process the required photographs and to prepare the required documentation. You are strongly advised to complete and return the Intent to Enter form now, and begin taking the required photographs.

No entries will be accepted unless this form is completed and mailed to NJNLA and the entry submitted uses the above referenced entry kit.
